Inspired by Strength, Interpreted Through Softness

The Baxter Sofa draws inspiration from the powerful yet gentle form of a hippopotamus — broad, grounded, protective. Its low-profile silhouette, generous proportions, and rounded geometry create a visual language that feels reassuring, calm, and deeply modern.

3D Sculpted Bouclé with Protective Performance Finish

The Baxter Sofa is upholstered in an exclusive 3D looped bouclé fabric, developed for both tactile richness and long-term durability.

• Three-dimensional woven texture with a full, cloud-like hand feel

• Dense loop construction for enhanced structure and wrinkle resistance

• High abrasion resistance — durable, resilient, and easy to maintain

• Treated with integrated water-repellent and stain-resistant technology, allowing spills to bead on the surface rather than absorb

Full-Area Support System

At the core of Baxter lies our proprietary Full-Area Support System, engineered for longevity and structural confidence.

• Frame constructed from imported Russian larch wood 

• Kiln-dried and moisture-controlled (8–12%) for dimensional stability

• Thickened solid wood beams measuring 8–12 cm, significantly exceeding standard industry specifications

• Reinforced with serpentine steel springs and elastic webbing for uniform load distribution

This internal architecture ensures the sofa remains stable, silent, and supportive even after years of daily use.

• Custom carbon steel support legs with 2.5 cm thickened construction
