2. Product Information

All our furniture pieces are made to order. We make every effort to display colours, materials, and dimensions accurately, but variations may occur due to lighting, natural textures, or screen settings.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these variations as part of the handcrafted nature of our products.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any order if fraud or unauthorised payment is suspected.
Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide at a flat rate of USD $100 per order, inclusive of all taxes and import duties.
Lead time is 12–16 weeks, as each item is custom-made.

We are not liable for delays caused by logistics, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns once production has started.
In the event of a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, designs, logos, and product descriptions—is the exclusive property of House of Marivelle.
Reproduction, modification, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

House of Marivelle shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
