At House of Marivelle, each furniture piece is custom-made to order and carefully inspected before shipping. As every order is handcrafted and produced specifically for you, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Cancellations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.
Please ensure that all details — including dimensions, fabric selections, and finishes — are correct before placing your order.

2. Reporting Damages

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
This allows us to assist you promptly and file necessary claims with our logistics partners.

3. Resolution Options

Once the claim is verified, we will, at our discretion:

  • Arrange for replacement parts or a new replacement, or

  • Offer a partial refund based on the extent of the damage or issue.

We will guide you through the process to ensure the matter is resolved smoothly.

4. Return Shipping

If a return shipment is required for inspection or replacement, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by our team.

5. Change of Mind

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or subjective preferences such as colour variation or comfort level.
