At House of Marivelle, every piece is crafted to order and shipped with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please read our shipping terms below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to the following countries:
United States, United Kingdom, India, Australia, Canada, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam.

For destinations not listed above, please contact us directly to enquire about shipping availability.

2. Shipping Fees & Taxes

We charge a flat rate of USD $100 per order, regardless of the number of items or destination.
All taxes and import duties are fully covered by us, so there are no hidden fees upon delivery.

3. Production & Delivery Timeline

Each furniture piece is made to order. The estimated delivery time is 12 – 16 weeks from the date of purchase.
Please note that we do not accept rush orders. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control—such as port congestion, customs clearance, or unexpected logistics disruptions. Should this happen, we will keep you updated promptly until your order reaches you safely.

4. Packaging & Handling

All items are packed securely in custom wooden crates to ensure maximum protection during transit.
Orders above USD $5,000 are eligible for our complimentary White-Glove Service, which includes delivery to your doorstep, unboxing, installation at your preferred location, and removal of all packaging debris.
For orders below this amount, our delivery team will provide curbside delivery only, and assembly is not included.

5. Tracking & Updates

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment status in real time.

6. Insurance & Damages

All shipments are fully insured. In the rare event of damage or missing parts, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
Depending on the situation, we will either:

  • Send the necessary replacement parts and provide step-by-step guidance for repair, or

  • Arrange for a new replacement of the affected module or product.

7. Order Cancellations

As all items are made to order, we do not accept cancellations or changes once your order has been confirmed and production has begun.
