The Hugo Sofa is conceived as a modern interpretation of indulgent comfort — sculptural, generous, and quietly expressive. Design Concept

Inspired by the soft geometry of chocolate blocks, Hugo features a low-profile silhouette with deeply contoured cushions and rounded edges. Each section is subtly defined, creating rhythm and depth while maintaining a calm, architectural presence. The result is a sofa that feels inviting yet composed — relaxed, but never casual.

This is a sofa designed not just to be seen, but to be lived in.

Comfort System — Full-Area Support™

At the core of Hugo lies our proprietary Full-Area Support System™, engineered to deliver consistent comfort across every seat.

Three-Layer Cushion Structure:

1. Comfort Layer – Eco-friendly soft fiber padding that gently hugs the body on contact

2. Resilience Layer – High-elasticity foam that provides responsive rebound and reduces pressure fatigue

3. Support Layer – High-density structural foam that ensures long-term shape retention and prevents sagging

The balance is intentional: soft on entry, supportive at rest, and stable over time.

Upholstery — Premium Chenille Fabric

Hugo is upholstered in premium chenille fabric, selected for both tactile richness and performance.

• High color fastness (light & friction grade ≥ 4–5)

This chenille fabric brings warmth and depth while standing up to real life.

Structure — Russian Imported Solid Larch Frame

The foundation of Hugo is built from Russian U/S-grade solid larch wood, responsibly sourced from cold-climate forests and kiln-dried through a multi-stage process.

• Extra-wide 12cm thick solid wood frame (up to 3× thicker than standard industry frames)

• Moisture content controlled at 8–12%

• Density approx. 440kg/m³, hardness 2640N

• Reinforced with solid wood multilayer boards for added stability

This structure delivers exceptional load-bearing capacity, durability, and resistance to warping or cracking.

Suspension & Reinforcement

• High-carbon serpentine steel springs for long-lasting elasticity

• Thickened elastic webbing for even weight distribution

• Reinforced corner joints for structural integrity

Every internal detail is engineered to support long hours of sitting, lounging, or reclining without deformation.

Base & Legs

Hugo is finished with custom carbon steel support legs, designed exclusively for this model.

• 2.5cm thick steel construction

• Matte black finish with discreet brand engraving

• High load capacity, resistant to bending or deformation

The legs subtly elevate the sofa while maintaining its grounded, low-slung aesthetic.
